Confirmed. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Manufacturing defects
If a bag reaches you with a fault, contact us and we will sort it out. We have not published a formal warranty because the terms have not been set.
Before you return anything
Online orders are not being taken yet, so nothing has shipped and no return has been processed. This page will be rewritten with the full conditions before the first order leaves.
