Design 1 or Design 2?
Design 1 closes with an 18 mm magnetic button and has piping running along the top edge, sides and base. Design 2 has a full 16 inch top zip, a front pocket and a slightly deeper 5.5 inch gusset. If you want the bag to close properly on a commute, choose Design 2. If you prefer a cleaner open tote you can reach into quickly, choose Design 1.
What the sizes mean in practice
Both designs are 16 inches across the top and 13 inches tall, with a handle drop of roughly 11 to 12 inches, so they sit on the shoulder rather than in the hand. Design 1 is 5 inches deep and Design 2 is 5.5 inches. We have not published a litre capacity or a laptop size, because those have not been measured on the finished bags.
How the bags are built
The body is 300 to 350 GSM canvas with a 280 to 350 GSM contrast panel, lined in 120 to 180 GSM fabric. Between the two there is 2 mm foam, and the base sits on a 2 to 3 mm PP board. That combination is what keeps the shape. Hardware is antique brass: 18 mm magnetic button, 1.5 inch D-rings, and #5 zips.
Colourways
Every bag has an ivory canvas body. The contrast panel, handles and trim come in olive green, navy blue, tan brown, black, sky blue or beige. Colour is a variant on one product page, so you can switch between them without losing your place.
Looking after canvas
Spot clean or hand wash. We have not published machine-wash instructions or a water-resistance rating, because neither has been tested on the finished bags.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes are listed on each product page, and a size that is not stocked in the colour you have chosen is shown struck through rather than hidden, so you can see what exists. Products that are not sized have no size selector at all.
Are the colours accurate?
Each colour is a variant of one product rather than a separate listing, so you can switch between them without losing your place. Screens vary, so treat the swatches as a guide rather than an exact match.
What does it cost to ship?
Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999 and cash on delivery is available. Dispatch times, serviceable pin codes and courier partners are still being finalised, so they are not published yet.
Can I return something?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The remaining conditions — who pays return shipping, how refunds are issued, and whether exchanges are offered — have not been set yet, so we have not published them.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. No payment provider is connected, so checkout is switched off. You can build a cart and send an enquiry in the meantime.
Is stock shown live?
Only where it has been entered. A combination with no stock figure is shown as available to enquire about rather than being claimed as in stock, because unknown is not the same as in stock.
Can I order in bulk or with our company branding?
Bulk orders can be discussed — send us an enquiry with the quantity and colours you need. Custom branding has not been confirmed as a service yet, so we will not promise it until it is.
