Every measurement and material is listed in full on each product page. If something here is not enough, ask us directly.
How do I choose a size?
Sizes are listed on each product page, and a size that is not stocked in the colour you have chosen is shown struck through rather than hidden, so you can see what exists. Products that are not sized have no size selector at all.
Are the colours accurate?
Each colour is a variant of one product rather than a separate listing, so you can switch between them without losing your place. Screens vary, so treat the swatches as a guide rather than an exact match.
What does it cost to ship?
Free shipping applies on orders above ₹999 and cash on delivery is available. Dispatch times, serviceable pin codes and courier partners are still being finalised, so they are not published yet.
Can I return something?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. The remaining conditions — who pays return shipping, how refunds are issued, and whether exchanges are offered — have not been set yet, so we have not published them.
Can I pay online?
Not yet. No payment provider is connected, so checkout is switched off. You can build a cart and send an enquiry in the meantime.
Is stock shown live?
Only where it has been entered. A combination with no stock figure is shown as available to enquire about rather than being claimed as in stock, because unknown is not the same as in stock.
Can I order in bulk or with our company branding?
Bulk orders can be discussed — send us an enquiry with the quantity and colours you need. Custom branding has not been confirmed as a service yet, so we will not promise it until it is.
What are the dimensions?
Both designs are 16 inches wide at the top and 13 inches tall. Design 1 is 5 inches deep and Design 2 is 5.5 inches. The handle drop is roughly 11 to 12 inches.
What is the bag made from?
The body is 300 to 350 GSM canvas with a 280 to 350 GSM contrast panel and a 120 to 180 GSM lining. There is 2 mm foam between the outer canvas and the lining, and a 2 to 3 mm PP board at the base. The exact fibre composition has not been confirmed yet, so we have not published one.
What is the difference between Design 1 and Design 2?
Design 1 has piping along the top edge, sides and base, and closes with an 18 mm magnetic button. Design 2 has a full 16 inch top zip, a front pocket and a deeper 5.5 inch gusset, with handles fixed using a box-X stitch, rivets and D-rings.
Does Design 2 have a top zip?
Yes. Design 2 closes with a #5 zip running the full 16 inch width of the opening.
Does the bag have an inside pocket?
Yes. Both designs have an inside zip pocket of roughly 7 by 6 inches, plus an inside slip pocket. Design 2 also has a front pocket on the outside of the body panel.
What colours are available?
Both designs come on an ivory canvas body with a contrast panel in olive green, navy blue, tan brown, black, sky blue or beige.
How should I care for the bag?
Spot clean or hand wash. We have not tested machine washing or published a water-resistance rating, so we do not make a claim about either.
How much does the bag weigh?
The finished weight has not been confirmed on production stock, so we have not published a figure. It will be added here once it is measured.
Will a laptop fit?
The opening is 16 inches wide and the bag is 13 inches tall, but we have not tested specific laptop sizes, so we do not publish a compatibility claim. The measurements above are the reliable guide.
Is the trim real leather?
The production specification lists the contrast panel as contrast canvas or leather and the brand label as PU or woven. Until the final material is confirmed we describe it as contrast trim and make no leather claim.
